Photo Clip Art

It may be stated where one man's art is another man's clip art.  But could that also be stated of the "photo clip art" variety of clipart?  After all, vector clipart and non-vector images stand apart from each other, so why not photos as compared to non photos?  Such is the problematic schema of life and living in the world of art toes.  But the art clipart image shown below may just tell a different story depending upon whose opinion you are indeed asking therewith...
